1st day after the Parade March

Care to share what are your thoughts of the day after the parade march? Some of us are writing to the newspaper to counter the attacks by the Interfaith Council and Andy Quach and Dina Nguyen. Some of us are talking about working to sue or make sure Andy Quach and Dina Nguyen not get elected this November. Some of us are thinking about working more closely with other LGBTIQ groups in OC and they have offered.

  1. Time to follow through with our Viet lgbtiq website so educate the mass. We are getting more members on our listserv. People are willing to march with us in the future. There are talks of collaborating in other projects with our allies. Stil receiving a lot of love. Still getting requests for interviews. We have concerns of a rumor that Garden Grove Councilwoman Dina Nguyen's plan to exclude us in future parade. As a lawyer who has studied the Constitution, she will find ways to exclude us just as segregationists had done so to people of color in the past. Lovely interpretation of freedom and justice for all, Dina!

Big thanks to our friends who walked along the side all the way from the beginning to the end of the march: Clayton, Hiep Nguyen, Kevin (from James Salon), Tim Nguyen Tong and many many more.

Bé chạy ra và đưa tay lên nói "Give me a high five".
